Sir: We describe a case of parasomnia associated withthe use of sertraline. Parasomnias are abnormal behavioral,autonomic nervous system, or experiential events that occurduring the sleep period. Various predisposing, priming, andprecipitating factors can be involved with parasomnias; antidepressantmedications have been associated with the emergenceof sleepwalking.
